We want our customers to be happy, so if you a have a problem with your order and wish to return the products and receive the refund, please contact us at email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your order. We usually try to respond within the hour.
Please note, we are only able to accept certain items up to 28 days from when the order has been placed.
We are unable to accepts returns for many of our products for hygiene reasons, so please contact us first before returning any products.
We are all different and although we absolutely hope your product experience exceeds expectations, some skin types may react differently to some of our products. This is the case with all skincare products and as such we cannot take responsibility for any skin reactions. We recommend when using a new skincare product or any other product that makes contact with your skin, to do a patch test on your skin and wait for 24hrs. We list all ingredients of the products on the product page and advise customers to read the descriptions carefully, if there is a known allergy. If for any reason you do suffer adversely to using a product please discontinue use and always seek advice from your Doctor if necessary.
